Two people are named anywhere in public. Navid is the salesperson the only five-star review thanks by name. Talaat is the one who walks you around an Aion V on the dealership’s Instagram. Nobody else on the team is listed anywhere online, and this site does not invent them.

A fair question
So what is GAC?
GAC is a car maker. Aion is its electric brand. This dealership sells and services both, which is why the Google listing reads Aion Parramatta GAC and the sign on the building reads GAC Parramatta.
Four models are sold here. Two are battery electric — the Aion V, a family SUV, and the Aion UT, a small hatch. The M8 is a plug-in hybrid people mover. The EMzoom is a petrol SUV and the cheapest car on the range page.
The brand is new enough in Australia that one reviewer stood in the car park and asked the question in the heading. That is the honest starting point, and it is the reason the warranty below matters more than usual.
“Welcome to GAC Parramatta your adventure begins with Australia's first 10 years, 1,000,000 km EV battery warranty!”
- 7 year unlimited km warrantyOn the GAC offer pages, alongside 5 year roadside assistance.
- 8 year, 200,000 km battery warrantyQuoted on the M8 PHEV offer page.
- 5 year roadside assistanceOn the offer pages for the EMzoom and the rest of the range.
- Genuine parts covered 12 months or 20,000 kmWhichever comes first, on parts bought from an authorised GAC dealer.
Warranty and roadside terms as printed on GAC’s offer pages, read on 19 September 2026.

What a customer said
One review, and the photograph that goes with it
“Navid was amazing and made the whole process of buying my new car so easy! If you are looking at a GAC this is where to go!!”
Rated 3.0 from 2 Google reviews.
The other review on the listing is one star. It is a walk-in who was asked not to leave a car in the dealership car park while looking at other brands. We have not reproduced it here; it is on the Google listing and worth reading. The parking, the hours and the brand explainer on this site are the answer to it.
